Orders received will be dispatched within 2 working days, if you need urgently, please contact us and we will try our best to expedite it if possible.

In the unlikely event of a delay, you'll be promptly advised.

Orders dispatched to addresses in Ireland are usually received within a day or two. Orders dispatched to addresses in the UK and Europe are usually received within 2-4 days. Orders dispatched to addresses outside the EU are usually received within 14 days. 

 

***Delivery cost***

The Knitting Room has a flat fee for orders within Ireland (32 counties) and a weight-based shipping cost for all other destinations, and this is calculated before checkout.

Ireland             €4.99  **Free shipping on orders over  €50 . Patterns only are €2.95

UK                    Less than 250g: €6.50     250-500g   €7.50        500g-5k €8.50

Europe             Less than 250g: €7.00     250g-500g €8.00       500g-1k €11.50

Online orders can only be placed by addresses from the following regions: Ireland, UK, EU, USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand however we do ship worldwide, if your location isn't above and you wish to order please contact us on info@theknittingroom.ie for a delivery quote. 

 

RESERVE & COLLECT

It is possible to avoid shipping charges by ordering online and collecting your order in-store. To do this, please choose "Store Pick Up" on your shopping cart ,which we can then prepare for you to collect in store at your convenience.
